REW6X™ is structured around six regenerative axes — C, H, M, E, W, and X — that together form a unified technological architecture driving sustainability across all industrial domains.

Together, these axes form the REW6X regenerative architecture — a self-learning, closed-loop industrial ecosystem that captures, converts, conserves, and circulates.

Axis Focus Purpose
C — Carbon Utilization Converting industrial CO₂ emissions into green fuels, methanol, and solvents through catalytic and SCFE-based transformation. To neutralize industrial carbon footprints by transforming CO₂ from a waste gas into a valuable raw material, closing the loop of the carbon cycle and driving a circular carbon economy.
H — Hydrogen Systems Developing phyto-electrolytic hydrogen generators using bio-derived antioxidants for tunable, safe, and efficient clean energy. To decarbonize global energy systems through the creation of sustainable, plant-assisted hydrogen that enhances safety, reduces cost, and serves as the next-generation green fuel.
M — Metal Recovery Extracting and purifying lithium, cobalt, nickel, and rare-earth elements from waste batteries and catalysts using SCFE CO₂ and bio-chelating agents. To achieve rare-earth independence for India, enabling local recovery of critical metals through eco-friendly, zero-acid processes, reducing import dependency and environmental burden.
E — Energy Integration Capturing, reusing, and hybridizing process heat from SCFE and other operations with renewable sources like solar and biogas. To maximize industrial efficiency by recovering lost heat energy and integrating renewables, creating self-sustaining plants with drastically reduced fossil fuel usage.
W — Water Recycling Implementing condensate recovery, nanofiltration, and zero-liquid-discharge (ZLD) systems to recycle process water. To ensure water neutrality in every industrial operation — recovering, purifying, and reusing every drop to build climate-resilient industries for future generations.
X — Exchange Network Deploying an AI–IoT-based digital twin for monitoring, process control, predictive maintenance, and system learning. To create intelligent, self-optimizing industrial ecosystems where data connects every process, enhancing safety, scalability, and sustainability through autonomous decision-making systems.
